I know im new to the site but from looking over its good.
but i would just like to suggest something please don't dismiss as i think it a good idea.
how about a live chat box on the site somewhere on the homepage or something (i don't know if there already is one but if not there is my idea)

I could organise that quite easily actually. I'll see about getting that done once I have secure internet connection again. I've set one up before, i just need to gather my notes and work it out again.
